In 1993, while living at 678 S. Ventura Ave. In Farmersville, CA. Steven Scott Rather raped a little boy who was named Hilario Polanco who is now ironically a convicted sex offender himself and now known as Jonathan Ricardo. That little boy (now a grown man) does not hide from any of his past… not at all, NONE OF IT!! In fact he recognizes EVERYWHERE it started… along with STEVEN SCOTT RATHER in 1993 in Farmersville, California while living at 678 S. Ventura Ave.
STEVEN SCOTT RATHER was living at 678 S. Ventura Ave. in Farmersville, CA. with his current wife and his current wifes mother, Elsie Beatrice Delgado at the time of the rape. Elsie Beatrice Delgado is now currently deceased. However, before Elsie B. Delgado died, she gave a statement acknowledging what part she had in the rape of the little boy Hilario Polanco by Steven Scott Rather in 1993.
